Honda 2wheeler India has finally rolled out the updated version of its highly popular 110cc scooter – the Activa. Called the Honda Activa 5G, this new model was put up on display at the Auto Expo 2018 in February. The scooter is available in two variants – Standard and Deluxe – priced at Rs 52,460 and Rs 54,325 (ex-showroom) respectively. With these attributes, the new Honda Activa 5G gets slightly pricier (around Rs 1,000) than the old model. The standard version of the scooter has been made available at Rs 52,460 and the Deluxe variant is priced at Rs 54,325 (all, ex-showroom). Though, the new body graphics and slightly revised front fascia enhance its new look. The updated model features all-LED headlamp with a position lamp. It also gets the mandatory automatic headlamp on (AHO) function. The Deluxe variant comes with some additional features such as new front hook, new chrome inserts and the muffler with a more durable protector. The instrument cluster has also been revised with a digital display showing information such as ECO options and additional service due indicator. Similar to the Honda Grazia, the Activa 5G comes equipped with a four-in-one hook with the seat opener switch. It also gets Honda’s Combi Brake System (CBS) with equalizer technology.
